Location:
In the centre of the spa district, in the vicinity of the main colonnade. Spa treatment is provided in the balneological department which is located in the building. The White Cross (Bily kriz), Eliska and Chopin houses are parts of the Military Spa House. They stand in quiet natural surroundings.

Indications of spa treatment:
- Disorders of the digestive system including post-operative conditions, disorders of the liver
- Metabolic and alimentation disorders, especially diabetes mellitus, metabolic lipid disorders, gout, obesity
- Disorders of the locomotive organs, especially painful syndromes of the spine, arthrosis of major joints and other disorders

A therapeutic diet which includes vegetarian meals, is a part of the Karlovy Vary drinking cure.
